Justin’s practice focuses on civil litigation, business transactions and disputes, real property transactions and disputes, development, construction, employment, and personal injury. He spends a good portion of his day advising high net worth individuals and successful businesses on strategic matters. He is noted for his high functioning ability to effectively manage stressful situations, feel empathy, and simultaneously pursue and solve complex legal and factual issues in an aggressive and cost-efficient manner, with his client’s best interest at the forefront of all decisions. Justin thrives on custom fitting his representation style and strategy to each client’s individual personalities and specific goals. This approach leads to successful, efficient, meaningful and durable results for his clients.
A San Diego native, Justin graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara in 2000. He received his law degree in 2003 from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he served as Literary Editor on the Law Review and graduated with honors. Justin is admitted to practice in front of all courts in the State of California, as well as the United States District Court for Central and Southern Districts of California, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Justin is a former board member for Volunteers of America, a non-profit social service organization, committed to uplifting the lives of the most vulnerable in our community by delivering services to address education needs of young children, treatment for adults with substance use disorders, and housing solutions for homeless veterans, low-income seniors, and the mentally ill. He is also on the board of directors for the Marlin Club San Diego and serves as its Vice President. Justin believes high level strategy, tenacity, empathy and effective communication are essential tools to successfully achieving desired outcomes and resolving disputes.
