What You'll Do:
- Skillfully manage a caseload of complex civil litigation matters from start to finish
- Develop innovative legal strategies to achieve optimal outcomes
- Draft persuasive motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Advocate relentlessly for clients in court hearings, depositions, and negotiations
- Collaborate with partners and associates to provide exceptional client service
- Supervise and manage junior associates, paralegals and support staff
What We're Looking For:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the California Bar
- 10+ years of experience in civil litigation
- Outstanding legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to think creatively and develop effective solutions
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities
- Steadfast commitment to client service and professional excellence
