Michael J. Riddell

Mike is experienced in all areas of corporate transactions and disputes, business transactions and disputes, real property transactions and disputes, development, general civil litigation, and asset protection. He helps clients plan, structure and negotiate the legal aspects of a wide range of corporate, business, real estate, and personal matters. Mike serves as outside general counsel to many of the firm’s corporate clients, and represents a variety of other clients, including business owners, developers, contractors, and individuals. He helps clients plan, structure and negotiate the legal aspects of a wide range of transactional matters. He has effectively resolved a wide variety of civil litigation cases, including business and commercial disputes and personal injury, and has successfully tried cases in jury, bench trials, and arbitration.

Mike graduated from Azusa Pacific University in 2001 and received his Juris Doctor degree from the Chapman University School of Law in 2007.
