Mike is experienced in all areas of corporate transactions and disputes, business transactions and disputes, real property transactions and disputes, development, general civil litigation, and asset protection. He helps clients plan, structure and negotiate the legal aspects of a wide range of corporate, business, real estate, and personal matters, including trademark registration and protection.
Mike serves as outside general counsel to many of the firm’s corporate clients, and represents a variety of other clients, including business owners, developers, contractors, and individuals. In that role, he advises clients on a broad range of transactional and day-to-day legal issues affecting their businesses. He has also effectively resolved a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including business and commercial disputes and personal injury, and has successfully tried cases in jury trials, bench trials, and arbitration.
Mike graduated from Azusa Pacific University in 2001 and received his Juris Doctor degree from the Chapman University School of Law in 2007.
