Erik Fox represents clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, general liability, and commercial matters. He has defended claims on behalf of some of the world's largest insurance carriers and scores of private clients. Erik is also experienced in representing clients under the Fair Credit Reporting and Fair Debt Collection Acts. Ever mindful of the increasing economic pressures under which clients conduct their businesses, he strives to resolve claims quickly and efficiently.
Erik also provides innovative and timely strategic counsel to help clients make better-informed decisions, resolve complex legal challenges and achieve specific business goals. Additionally, Erik has extensive multicultural experience from living in Saudi Arabia, Austria, Germany and Switzerland.
