McCalister earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law, where he was recognized with academic honors and served on the law review staff. During his time at UMKC, he earned a Certificate in Legal Technology from the National Society for Legal Technology, which supports his ability to streamline litigation processes and deliver efficient, results-driven service. In addition, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Law from Arizona State University.
Originally from the Kansas City area, McCalister now lives in the San Diego area with his wife and daughter. A passionate Kansas City Chiefs supporter, he also enjoys discovering new restaurants and spending time exploring the region with his family.
